hey coach dean i was reading the morning workout and what do you do run or do a p90x video? im trying to lose weight i weigh 207 i did p90x last summer but didnt finish it ima start again this week comming up and this time i want to finish it and do all 90 days

I do my P90X videos in the morning. Sometimes in the summer and fall I may surf in the morning as a supplemental exercise but mostly P90X. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
