Choices

We all make choices every day, choices as simple as hitting the snooze button or not in the morning but there is always a choice.  The choice to get healthy, the choice to get fit or even ripped, the choice to lose weight or “ZAP The Fat” as I like to call it are all choices we have to make.  During my journey through P90X those choices have all been to do it, to get up in the morning at 4:45am to start my workout with Tony Horton by 5:00am and be at work by 7:30am.  The choice to drink Shakeology versus having a breakfast sandwich at WaWa in the morning is another choice I make every day.  I do these things because when I do, I feel great, I look great and my day starts on the right foot.  I also choose to eat a healthy snack, eat a sensible lunch like lean turkey, chicken, salad and fruit instead of going to a deli for a hoagie (or a submarine sandwich for you non-Philly folks).  I also choose to eat an afternoon snack, mostly beef jerky or a protein bar and then a nice healthy dinner with lean meats or fish and vegetables.  In 90 days I went from 181 pounds down to 155 pounds and put myself in great shape.  People always are asking me how I did it and the answer is simple.  By making the right choices every day.

    2 days into Power 90 and doing good so far. Really like the dvds!! Its something I can stick with because I can fit it into my schedule. Who doesn’t have 30-40 minutes a day?? Thanks for the recommendation Dean! :-)
